How the site handles claims
Written rules sync from the league spreadsheet. All deadlines use Eastern Time (America/New_York), including daylight saving time.
01 / Salaries & promotions
Practice squad salary is $0. Promotion requires a spot on the 20-player active roster and a $500,000 minimum contract in RSO. Promote players from Thursday noon through Tuesday midnight ET.
02 / Poaching & competing offers
Poaching begins Wednesday after waivers. The commissioner opens bidding on this site. An approved manager’s first accepted salary offer opens a shared 24-hour claim window. Other managers can bid within that window; offers must exceed the current high offer. At its close, the current owner may match the top salary or release the player to the highest bidder. The commissioner can also record the owner’s decision.
Submitted offers are binding league records and cannot be withdrawn by the bidder. The commissioner may void an unresolved claim with a recorded reason to correct an error. The clock is exactly 24 elapsed hours, including daylight saving changes. There is no automatic extension, award, or RSO transaction. If your league needs an extended bidding war, the commissioner must settle it before recording a decision here.
03 / Thursday additions & drops
Practice squad add/drops begin Thursday after waivers. Before noon ET, send requests to the commissioner; duplicate requests use reverse-standings waiver priority based on record and points scored. After noon ET, exchange free agents with practice squad players and post the move in league chat.
04 / Locks & waivers
Players lock for the week once their NFL team has played. Make changes before the relevant player’s kickoff. Dropped players pass through 48-hour waivers. Your commissioner checks these rules and RSO availability before updating a roster here.
05 / Completing a claim
After an owner decision, the commissioner applies the promotion or transfer in RSO, then confirms that move here. The player leaves the practice squad list only after that confirmation. Salary-cap space and active-roster eligibility must be checked manually in RSO. This site does not have an RSO data connection.
Commissioner notifications
Every accepted bid appears immediately in the shared claim record and commissioner inbox. Automatic email alerts to Gkrueg85@gmail.com require a connected sending service. Email configuration and failed alerts are visible in the commissioner dashboard.
